胸脅脹滿,或走竄疼痛,多伴善太息,或噯氣呃逆,或咽間有異物感,或乳房脹痛,睡眠較差,食慾減退,驚悸怔忡,健忘,痰多,大便多乾,小便正常,舌淡紅,苔薄白,脈象弦
心理特徵:性格內向不穩定、憂鬱脆弱、敏感多疑
發病傾向:易患鬱症、臟躁、梅核氣、百合病、不寐、驚恐等病證
中醫的七情指喜、怒、憂、思、悲、恐、驚七種精神活動。情志活動與臟腑有密切關係,是以臟腑精氣作為物質基礎,而外界刺激作用於相應的內臟,才能表現出特定的情志變化。情志致病是先擾亂氣機,導致機體氣機鬱滯,氣的運行不順暢,然後形成鬱結的現象。 憂思鬱怒、精神苦悶是導致氣血鬱結的主要原因所在。
養生法:疏肝解鬱
宜食理氣解鬱食物,大麥、蕎麥、高粱 、柑橘、韭菜、蔥蒜、蘿蔔、玫瑰花、茉莉花等
少食收斂酸澀之食物,烏梅、泡菜、石榴、青梅、楊梅、草莓、楊桃、檸檬等
不宜飲用濃茶吸咖啡因飲品
精神調養是首重。藥和營養品只起到外因作用,樂觀健康心態才是健康的內因。注重內涵修養,盡量大度樂觀,心態平和,知足常樂。可聽一些輕快、明朗的音樂,儘量增加戶外活動和社交,防止一人獨處時胡思亂想。
居室應保持安靜,禁止喧譁,光線宜暗,避免強烈光線刺激,早睡早起,保證有充足的睡眠時間 。
揉按太沖、肝俞、膽俞、三阴交穴 (太沖-大拇趾和第二趾的指縫之間隙的後方凹陷,三陰交-足內踝尖上3寸 )
旋摩脇肋。先雙手掌擦至掌心微熱,左手掌貼於左脇肋部逆時針方向旋摩100圈。右手掌貼於右脇肋部順時針旋摩100圈。可兩手同時操作。完成後再揉按雙側期門穴30秒。(期門-乳頭直下,第六肋間隙。)
橫推脇肋。右手五指分開由心口至左腋下推擦30~50次。左手五指分開由心口至右腋下推擦30~50次。
金桔。
金桔性溫味辛甘酸,能行氣解鬱、化痰利咽。可直接食用,又可泡茶,煮食。
酸棗仁粥
酸棗仁末15克,粳米100克。粳米加水煮粥至將熟,加入酸棗仁末再煮片刻即可。
Body physique: thin
Common traits: gloomy and depressed; bad at handling mental stimulus; emotionally fragile, mostly upset and sad; pain or irregular pain and swelling in lateral thorax; chest tightness leading to frequent sighing; belching and hiccup; foreign body sensation in the throat; breast swelling and pain; poor sleep quality; lack of appetite; mild to severe palpitation; forgetful; dry stool; normal urination; pale red tongue with thin and white coating; wiry pulse (Xuan Mai).
Personality traits: introverted and unstable; depressed and fragile; sensitive and doubting.
Tendency of illness: depression, hysteria, globus pharynges, delirium, insomnia, and panic disorder.
Body statis is closely related to the status of seven emotions.
The seven emotions in TCM are joy, anger, worry, grief, melancholy, fear, and fright. Emotions are formed from the essence of internal organs, with each emotion corresponding to one organ. Disruption in emotions will affect the circulation of Qi, causing stasis of the flow of Qi, and eventual stagnation. Worrying, grieving, suppression of anger and other emotions is the main cause for blood and Qi stasis.
Health regiment: dispersing stagnated liver Qi for relieving Qi stagnation
Food that regulates the circulation of Qi and relieving stagnation is recommended. Food such as barley, buckwheat, broomcorn, mandarin orange, Chinese chives, carrot, rose, jasmine are all recommended.
Eat less astringent, sour food such as smoked plum, kimchi, pomegranate, greengage, Chinese bayberry, strawberry, carambola, and lemon. Avoid strong tea and drinks with caffeine.
Maintaining mental health is priority. Medicine and supplements only treat the symptom, maintaining positive and healthy mindset is the basis for healthy life.
Work on self-cultivation and being a cultured person, stay openminded, optimist, calm and content. Listen to lively, bright and cheerful music. Have outdoor activities and socialize frequently, avoid being alone and overthinking.
Keep a quiet living environment, with dimmed lights to avoid strong stimulus. Wake and sleep early and have sufficient sleep.
Massage Taichung, Ganshu, Danshu, and Sanyinjiao. (Taichung – crescent behind the gap between big and second toe, Sanyinjiao - 3 inch above medial malleolus)
Circular lateral chest massage. Rub hands until warm, place right hand on right lateral side of chest and rub 100 times in counterclockwise circular motion. Do the same for the left side, separately or simultaneously. After massaging, massage Qi men on both sides (Qi men – located on the crescent under sixth rib below the nipple)
Lateral chest push massage. Use the right hand with fingers apart and rub from chest to left lateral chest below the armpit for 30-50 times. Do the same for the other side.
Kumquat
Kumquat is warm in nature, stimulating, sweet and sour. It can activate Qi flow, relieving stagnation, as well as removing phlegm and relieve sore throat.
Jujube seed porridge
15g jujube seed powder, 100g japonica rice. Cook rice until almost done, add jujube seed powder and simmer for a while, serve when done.
